Europa auto should be at the top of your list if you’ve got a European car. They are communicative, knowledgeable, and fair. Al and the other great folks at Europa have helped me keep my Volvo happy and healthy, fixing problems and advising me on future wear issues and things to look out for. They will give you piece of mind and confidence in your vehicle, and I am always satisfied with the quality of their work. They’ve even managed to sneak me in on short notice and helped with minor issues over the phone or in person as they’ve popped up. You can’t do better than Europa.

This was my first time using Europa, and I will continue to use them for my 2004 Volvo xc 70! I found 2 issues as a customer: 1) They seem to be reluctant to provide a quote upfront. The first time I used their service, I didn't ask a price upfront and was surprised by the price tag afterwards. So naturally I asked for an estimate the second time. Twice my queries (by phone and by text message) meet with silence. For some, this raises a red flag. 2) My credit card# was stolen shortly after I paid my service here. It may or may not be linked with a leaking POS machine though I am not so certain. Service: Vehicle Inspection
