I contacted Kristin at Way Scarff service regarding a problem I was having with my 2022 F150 Hybrid. Kristin was professional, knowledgeable and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct parts. 2 hours later she contacted me to schedule the service appointment. Today 3 days after contacting Kristin my service is complete and I am a happy and satisfied Way Scarff customer. Thank you Kristin and Way Scarff for getting my truck back to new again.
