Jiffy Lube

So slow. Took about 2 hours to get 3 cars through in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if you paid your employees livable wages, you'd have enough staff to take care of your customers. Saw about 5 cars leave, you're losing business. Edit - You are lucky to have a happy and friendly employee like Shirley. She pretty much was working alone but still maintained a fantastic attitude (while in the heat), she turned this terrible experience to a better one. She gets 5 stars. Thank you Shirley!!

Shirley is amazing! She runs a fun shop and her coworkers look like they are actually enjoying their job. Super quick and helpful!

I was very upset. I have had my vehicle serviced by JiffyLube since I have owned this vehicle and I had a technician I have never met before tell me that in order for them to change my oil which that store has done many times before. That He would have to remove my airconditioner capacitor in order to be able to access my oil fill location. Why didnt he just say he did not want to change my oil. So I did not get my oil changed and was lied to. Now I have to find a different place that will be honest and change my oil. Be careful not all people that go to Jiffy Lube are ignorant about their own vehicle. I tried calling the corporate number and it seems that Jiffy Lube does not care. Update Jiffy lube corrected the wrong by giving me an oil change at the store of my choice. They took responsibility for what was said and made reperations. I feel honored to know that JiffyLube is an honorable business and they do value their customers. Thank you very much for making this right.
