Hands down the BEST Auto parts store I've been to...Their attention to detail is second to none!!!
For me, poor customer service. I need a 2018 Highlander cranking battery. Service rep called warehouse, and then said we can have part in 1.5 hours. Do you want to pay now. I said no, when I come back. I came back the service rep. didn't have the battery, and the rep didn't call me. One rep said sorry but both reps were smug. There are better places to shop, with better attitude.
