Amazing experience. The dealership wasn't resolving my issue, so I decided to try Skyline. John was upfront with expectations, knowing the dealer had tried twice already. He got me in quickly (days instead of weeks like a dealership). He was able to solve the issue, which happened to be super simple. I would highly recommend his shop.

John and his staff, including Chris, are so easy and great to work with. They keep you updated on the work and are honest with their recommendations, leaving it up to the customer to make the final decision on what they want done. The office and shop are very clean and it reflects in the level of service and workmanship; it's exceptional. I'm very excited to have found them. I trust their work and expertise to get the job done right.

I have been going here for years and I love that John has a lot of knowledge in his craft. Everyone here is professional and helpful I always feel welcomed vs like other places. He has also serviced my wife car and she feels comfortable going to him without me. His work is quality over quantity and will not bs you on what you need done. If I could 10/10.
