Owner quoted me $700 for control arms and labor. Came back a few days later and owner wasn't there. Different guy charged me $20 dollars to look at the same thing again. Said I needed upper and lower control arms and possibly tie rods. Now the quote is $1200 with me bringing in my own parts. Went to Les Schwab and they did a diagnosis for free. I didn't need half the stuff that j&G said. Les Schwab was 547 total plus alignment. If you try and reason with them or disagree they get very offended and rude

I called on a Friday about 2 in the afternoon and they were willing to work on my car right away. They even had to go to Seattle for the part, and worked until 7:30pm to get it fixed on the same day. Outstanding service and I will continue to use JG's in the future. So happy!!! ????????

Went to them to get two wires re wired on my stereo put in because they came undone. They came out with some Tape and tried to charge me 20.00 to put some tape around my Trunk. I explained that this wasn’t the service I asked for. So they did what I asked after I was frustrated. Drove off happy cause they did the service. After about 20 mins I received a call from them they told me to come back because the service they did wasn’t under warranty and couldn’t guarantee it will stay together and to come back and pay 180.00 the service they did. Or they will charge me for a diagnostic just for looking at it. Idk if It’s because I’m a female. Or a language barrier but extremely unprofessional and they seem like they will do anything to get over. Please stay clear.
