Update (6/20/22): I needed an oil change. Went to Jiffy Lube (JL) and there were four vehicles in line for all three bays (I made the 12th vehicle in line). As it's a holida, I decided to call Parkway Automotive to see if they were open. They were. They are only 5 min away from JL. They got me in right away and Parkway Automotive cost less (15% less). Even with JL's 10% off coupon, Parkway Automotive cost less and then speed of service saved me over an hour in wait time! Nav 2021: I needed to get my emissions test done today, and there were just way too many vehicles in line at all of the places located on Prince William County Parkway. I did a quick Google search and found Parkway Automotive only to be 2 minutes off the parkway. The gentleman who assisted me was quite pleasant and I and the emissions test was completed within minutes of arrival. Jeff and the service team were amazing. I called minutes before first time arrival asking if the conducted emission inspections. He explained that they were busy in the morning as a result of numerous overnight drop offs but as soon as a bay opened he would fit me in. He gave an estimate of between 30 minutes to an hour. As I waited we engaged in friendly conversation on football and D.C. in general. Before I knew it my car was ready and out I went. Great experience, very efficient and would suggest to anyone looking for automotive care.
