He was so nice and so fast for service. they were all excellent I was in and out and I didn’t have an appointment and it was very busy but it only took normal amount for an oil change. I want to rate 0 star. 1. This store use cheap and low quality parts 8 month ago,I changed brake and rotor after 2~3 month later, over 60mph breaking is too much vibration. So I went here and claimed problem , and they change brake rotor and pad again. Manager told me “ Don’t take hard braking for several hundreds mile.” Like my faults. They charge me labor fee I tried to drive be careful because I don’t want to get here again for same problem. After 3month later same problem happened again. It’s not normal change brake rotor and pad 3 times in 8 month. 2. Tell a lie to customer, waste your time and money. Today is Saturday, Wednesday I came here for changing break and rotor. It takes time to order break pad and rotor, and came here again after Friday afternoon. So I came here today Saturday 8:15am and tried to change parts staff don’t know anything and talking with manager. After waste my time over 1 and half hours and staff tried to communicate with manager and start ordering par
