We were pulling our RV and stopped for 3 nights in Winchester VA. Our truck had a major front suspension issue going on and we were extremely worried about even driving it any further. However we called the local Meineke shop there on Valley Ave and when we told them the issue they told us to bring it over immediately and they would look at it. They put the truck on the lift and immediately saw the issue. They quoted us a price and had the parts to fix it the next day! By noon they had the truck repaired and we were able to leave the next day with no fears. We made it back to FL with no further issues. We can’t thank the folks at that Meineke for their commitment to quality service and the outstanding customer service they afforded us in our time of desperation! Thank you Valley Ave Winchester VA. As a person who does all of his own Mech work, I was skeptical about going To a shop. But Due to a recent surgery I had no choice. My daughter referred me to Meineke and I am very pleased With the work they did , including A brake job and AC service. Osbert the owner was very helpful And I highly recommend this shop. Good morning, To describe the experience I had at Meineke, I had been having issues with my exhaust system, I was dreading it because of the cost. My car is a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu and I love my old car! I researched the matter and found that it could cost me three times the amount to replace the old exhaust system, as Os charged me for the parts, which I only needed a new muffler, and not a whole new system. THANKS to the team for checking this out, prior to my appointment to install. This, I think was on a Friday and by Tuesday morning, the part was in, I drove my car to the shop and the replaced the muffler right away while I waited. Within the hour, my muffler was installed. I am very happy with the sales and service that I received here at Meineke, and I will return for any other matters with my car. Great people and great service!!
