My husband was traveling for work when his tire unexpectedly needed to be replaced. Jo was amazing, understanding and helpful. They were able to get his tire in quickly and get him taken care of. My family has been going here for years and I have no idea what the Hell just happened in the last week. I feel like I just got emotional whiplash and abused. Not going back ever again. Thanks but no thanks. I appreciate the service but that was an absurd experience. Truly absurd. Mom and pop has turned to nickle and dime. I was told my parts were in total estimate less than a hundred bucks. I am just wondering where the Hell else that goes for 2 hours of work. The VA inspection racket is absolutely insane and this likely is a major player, I suspect. There were several instances before this where I had leaking tires and had to go back and ask them to look at it again. I am not sure what is going on but someone needs to increase the scrutiny of these places. Needed services are easily corrupted.
