Love this place! I was able to schedule a same day appointment using online scheduler to get my vehicle ready to move to Florida. I needed 4 new tires, an alignment, and possibly new tie rods. Thomas was my service advisor. He gave me an estimate and told me he would call me once my vehicle was up on the lift, if my vehicle needed tie rods replaced. A couple hours later, he called and said they were fine and didn't need replaced but that my cabin and air filters did as well as a few light bulbs. They also noticed an issue with one of my front brake pads that they easily fixed. The job was completed quickly and I was given an inspection report complete with pics of everything they found. Thomas and the rest of the team at Pepboys are absolutely the best!!!! Thank you for making sure my RAV4 was rode-worthy to haul a trailer from WV to Florida!!!!

Great service as always. We’ve been taking our cars here since we moved and they’ve been nothing but great to both our vehicle. Customer service is always on point and they explain things thoroughly.

Super nice staff. I ran over a nail and went to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it couldn’t. I ended up buying 4 new tires. Got 3 and the 4th was free. Told them I was on a time crunch. They accommodated me immediately. If you apply for their credit card you can get interest free for 6 to 12 months! I highly recommend Pep Boys!
