The best dealership on or around the peninsula. The Williamsburg Kia team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I built and ordered a brand new vehicle through them. From the moment I reached out til after delivery, I was informed every step of the way. Not once was I left in the dark or mislead. I knew how much the vehicle was going to be and I didn’t pay a cent over that price. The whole team is very friendly and caring, they made sure everything went smooth and just really made this purchase worry and stress free. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

excellent experience—tyler was so wonderful and helpful and made what could have been a stressful morning a very positive one. it was my first time buying a brand new car and i knew what i was looking for and didn’t feel pressured to look into other cars that didn’t suit my needs. tyler was kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options which really provided peace of mind. i am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I will start again with I don’t leave reviews. I just don’t go back. I had the worst experience from a dealer representing a manufacturer that I have ever had. Williamsburg KIA picked up the pieces and was amazing. My brand new Kia had an issue and needed to be towed to the nearest Kia dealership. Southern Greenbrier Kia. ( DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE) after being told sorry you did not buy it here several times, they refused to fix it or give me a car to drive. WILLIAMSBURG KIA and Will, went and picked my car up. (2 hours from them and not the dealer I bought it from) and it was fixed and ready within 24 hours. There is a lot more to the story, but these people care! A great experience all the way around and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you WILLIAMSBURG KIA AND WILL!
