Car was pristine before it was hit and looked just as good (maybe better) after Elite got done with it. Their customer service is beyond excellent and Lisa G. kept us in the loop throughout the repair process. If I need a shop again, I will definitely be going to Elite. I have used this place before never had a problem until I brought my other car in after a accident. I'm not happy with the work at all. My passenger fender is over lapping the bumper headlights not in holes correctly got a lot of gaps. Hood still loose and not align up. Went got another opinion on some of the work cuz it is not correct. The other place said fender needs replace with manufacturer fender not after market and maybe all the gaps and the alignment on everything will come together. Feel like they just have the headlights resting on the bumper so it won't pop out. Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended so my bumper, some components under my bumper, trunk, and tail lights needed to be replaced. Lisa G is a WIZARD!! She has incredible attention to detail and made sure everything was exact down to the smoked tail lights. She communicated throughout the whole process and kept me up to date. I'm ocd about my car and I didn't have to worry about a THING! The team did an AMAZING job and I am blown away. STRONGLY recommend elite autobody.
