Caliber Collision

Just finished up my 3rd time using caliber and besides the fact I keep getting rear ended, it’s a very positive experience! Heather is suuuuuper helpful and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. They finished quicker than originally expected and the paint match is spot on. This caliber location is the only place I’ll take my vehicles for collision work!! Services: Body & Trim, Painting

This was done here because it was under USAA as a recommended repair. However, the work not completed as promised. I kept calling and was told that it was in for reassembly and then paint and then the subcontractor to check the automatic braking. then texted that they had put aftermarket parts in this brand new car and did not know yet when the Toyota original parts would be in. Kept calling and finally got my car back... who knows what kind of work they did. No confidence in them at all. I should have used Superior Auto Body (who I used previously in a non-insurance repair). Services: Body & Trim, Painting
