If I could give this business more stars, I would. As a female customer who is new to the area, I was treated with the utmost respect and honesty which is something I look for in a business. I had a lot of repairs that I needed and came in with a list about a mile long quoted from the dealership and Beach Auto was able to fix everything that needed to be repaired at a very reasonable price. They were very upfront and honest and thoroughly explained what was a necessary repair and what wasn't. As a female customer, I truly appreciated that. I also can't say enough kind things about the ladies who greet you and answer the phones. An all-around great experience and I highly recommend this business. If you don't have a mechanic you can trust in virginia beach then I would make this place my go to mechanic. This is my second time coming here and honestly I can't find anymore honest mechanic shops out there like this one. There's a good reason why they're always busy.
