Wiygul Automotive Clinic of Reston, VA

Recently moved to area and went for a first time inspection and emissions test for a car. The car failed inspection due to front windshield tint. I asked if they would just remove it as I was unaware of this requirement, they said no. So I asked if I could just remove it and do the Re-inspection for which they said yes. Five minutes later, I come back with the tint in hand to throw it away and the representative says that they don't have time and the car would have to wait until tomorrow for re-inspection (and I wasn't supposed to drive the car with the failed inspection), so I left somewhat mad. I went to a different place and in less than five minutes they did the re-inspection. There's no reason for WYGUL to not do the re-inspection considering they had already agreed to. Like I said, I disposed of the tint in front of the employee, the car hadn't left the lot, hence updating the computer would've been a quick fix. Bad customer service experience, will not be coming back.

Needed four new tires. Staff at Wiygul Reston (John and Robert) were superb. Recommended the best option and did a complete check of the vehicle. New to Virginia from California. I will be returning to this location for additional services. Very honest location.
