Lake Anne Service Center provided exceptional last minute service on a moments notice with no hesitation! I will be returning in the future for all of my car repair needs!

Car battery died while getting gas here and I decided to just get it replaced while I was there (I was wary of the bad reviews though). Service was fast and battery installation + labor was quoted $170 and the actual price I paid was $216 so that was frustrating. I also happened to be due for inspection this month and they “inspected” my car without me asking for the service. When I picked up my car they said there was something wrong with the left rear wheel cylinder and that I was lucky they didn’t scrape off my sticker. They didn’t charge me or give me a rejection slip but I would have been very upset if they actually took off my sticker. I ended up getting inspected at a different place and I passed - so who knows, maybe that could mean they were trying to scam me

I would give this SHELL service center a -10 for the mechanic shop that is a HIGHWAY RUBBERY station. My sister took her car for small repair of a few wires and he charged her over $700. His excuse was that mouse had chewed the wire shields and when he opened the hood it ran so he had to cancel his 3 other appointments. He also had paid $5000 for mouse traps. Therefore, she had to pay for the consequences. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. He was very rude, unprofessional and very aggressive when I approached to resolve the matter with reasonable charge and not PRICE GOUGING” of my poor handicap sister. NO was his answer and “Take me to court” SHAME. Then he started laughing his head off, thinking this was a joke to him. We took her car to two other shops and they were astounded to see this price gouging. We received estimates for about 1/4 of the cost he charged. Buyer beware.
