The mechanic who helped me, Ziya, was very pleasant and helpful when it came to getting my tires installed, aligned, and my car inspected. He gave me ice cream and a discount on the inspection for my first time there. Excellent customer service and my car is fully serviced and ready for the road.

Went to inflate my tires at the gas station nearby and one of my rear tires valve didn’t seal up anymore. Went by this NTB location and the very friendly technician David fixed the valve at no cost to me! Much appreciated and this is the second time I’ve gone by these folks and they helped me out with a minor issue without charging me. Can highly recommend and I’m sure they are as diligent when it comes to bigger service which they should of course very much charge for. Long story short, great folks over here!

The guys at NTB in near the Home Depot were amazing. The dealer was trying to upsell me some services that I needed but seemed quite high. I called NTB and they quoted me a price that was significantly less. They were able to service my car right away. They had already started writing me a quote from the brief conversation. Everything was seamless and smooth. My car feels brand new. I can’t recommend them enough.
