The mechanic who helped me, Ziya, was very pleasant and helpful when it came to getting my tires installed, aligned, and my car inspected. He gave me ice cream and a discount on the inspection for my first time there. Excellent customer service and my car is fully serviced and ready for the road.
This place is amazing! They have the best service. I needed to be somewhere and they were able to patch my tire effectively and quickly so I could get to my appointment. Z and Khalid are both truly awesome and I so appreciate this location of NTB. I got all my Michelin defenders here and they always treat me with great service.
