Do not come here. My car sat there for 3 weeks as I called multiple times checking in on it because they did not call me at all. Finally they said they were working on it and it was in the shop but I just drove by as I go to school nearby and it was still sitting there outside. At this point, after being lied to, I came in and had it towed to another shop. Only second review I've ever left.

I just can’t recommend this shop anymore, it used to be my go-to. Long story short after being at their shop for two weeks for a water pump repair, we found the car had a transmission issue. We took it back, asked them to specifically start by checking the torque converter. After another two weeks at their shop, and having to call every other day for an update, they found nothing wrong with it. After two weeks of essentially not touching the car, they offer to flush the transmission. I go and take the car to another shop and within 4 hours they’re able to narrow it down to guess what….the torque converter. My issues with this shop are: #1 Hands down the worst communication from a business I’ve ever experienced, not once did they call with an update in the 4 weeks our car was at their shop. Not one single time. I either had to call them or physically go to their shop. #2 I told them exactly what was wrong with the car and they still couldn’t figure it out. Insisted they checked it. Precise Auto Care is a family owned Auto Service center that is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. I recently bought a used Mustang and they have fixed everything in a timely manner and answered all of my calls/questions. They are super efficient at what they do/service. I am not anywhere near a mechanic, but they explain everything they fix in great detail. I recommend this service center to ANYONE to needs their car serviced. Very reliable.
