Jack's Auto Repair

When I called Jack about my car he listened patiently to my explanation of the issue and my concerns also. I dropped the car of the next day and he fixed it correctly. He did not overcharge for parts or labor like other places do. It took a little longer than planned to get it back but it was worth the wait. There was one small issue afterwards it when I called to let Jack know he said “bring it right in and we’ll take of it. We stand behind our work.” And he did. It’s refreshing to find a business that actually stands behind their work without giving excuses about why they aren’t responsible. Great experience!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was leaking Coolant at the time and has no idea what it could be, so I called up Jack and told me to bring my truck over, I showed him the problem and he just instantly seemed to know what the issue was. It was a rainy day too and he was kind enough to just drive me a block down to where I currently live, no issue at all. Next day, he calls me up at work around 11am, tells me that my water pump was broken, gave me the total cost straight forward without beating around the brush and got to work. He called me right at 3pm and tell me my truck is finished. Gave me a discount for no reason other than just to be a good person. An honest mechanic and a good man. His employees know what they are doing. I will definitely be making this my go-to Mechanic Shop from now on. Service: Engine repair
