Careful, honest, respectful service on my 92 Ram van. As an older woman it is all too easy to be ripped off for repairs. Not at Bay. I am so thankful they were recommended to me.

I will definitely be coming back again! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I needed a few things done on my car - oil change, inspection, and diagnostic for a grinding noise. They called with an estimate for new brake pads and rotors that ended up matching the total price. Though they couldn't finish the job in a day, they fit me in the next and they completed the work successfully. My car runs great, and they gave a recommendation for another service that they couldn't complete in shop (windshield crack). The location is also convenient, right off Colley Ave and easy to get in and out of. Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Dropped off my old 1992 4runner that wasnt starting. ET and the guys there helped me as best as they could and I very much appreciate it. Got it diagnosed, they fixed the timing and got her started! Ultimately had to have her towed to Toyota because even though they got her started she was Idling terrible despite passing damn near every test. Im giving these guys 5 stars because all of them are friendly, honest, transparent and do great work at a reasonable price and give good advice. Thank you guys
