CAUGHT IN A LIE! - I came in to have my A/C fixed and a tire light looked at (I was about to go on a 10 hour road trip and was planning on selling the car soon) - was quoted $2250 for the A/C, I declined and paid $150 for the diagnostics - when I picked up the car that evening there were TWO NEW WARNING LIGHTS on the dashboard that I've never seen before - I informed the shop immediately and the woman on the phone INSISTED THOSE LIGHTS WERE ALREADY ON WHEN I CAME IN - I went into the shop in-person and explained that those lights were not on, and that I would have had them evaluated if they were on before because I was about to go on a road trip - the front desk woman stated that she "PERSONALLY DROVE" my car into the shop and saw the lights were already on when I dropped the car off - when I pressed her on this, she admitted that she DID NOT personally drive my car in, she just saw the car being pulled into the shop (my guess is this was likely after it had already been test driven by

I had an issue with my Mercedes after buying it and took it to Omni. After buying the car the lot said it just had sticky breaks and it just sat too long. Omni Performance looked at it found the issue which wasn’t the breaks and jumped through hoops working with warranty issues to help. Long story short car is fixed and because they did an excellent job I was out of pocket 0. Amazing honest people that truly just want to do the right thing.
