Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took my SUV to Firestone Tire in Hidenwood Shopping Center in Newport News to get a slow leak in my tire repaired. In the process of removing the tire from the hub, they slashed a slit in the sidewall of the tire. I was told that since the SUV is AWD, I would have to replace all 4 tires at a cost of over $1000 (nice try). I checked with Volvo and was told I only need to replace the 2 that are on the same axel. My car was running fine, took my vehicle there to get a oil change. Drove it to work and all my antifreeze ran out of my car. Took back to them to find out my waterpump need to be replace. Never had any issues with my vehicle. Was told later that Firestone is the worst place to take your car
