Highly recommend! I had a check engine light issue I needed help with and Kolby was a savior! He helped give me a rundown on what they’d do and when I could come in over the phone which I appreciated as I was still getting quotes from other places (who were all gonna be more expensive). Was able to drop off my car in the morning and get it back by that same evening. My car needed a special part that Midas had to go buy (they said first few places didn’t have it) and I’m so happy and impressed that they really showed their effort in fixing my problem ASAP. I also really appreciated that Kolby walked me through everything they were doing to make sure I knew what was going on. He has phenomenal customer service, he’s so personable! I took my Kia 2016 with active inspection from California but due to state regulations I have to renew in VA for inspection - I was told I need over 650$ in repairs. Guess what I paid them around 1100$ in total due to their unprofessional mechanic, they bring wrong part and said I need to pay them what a waste of service they had with my car. They of course gave me a rejection sticker -I just took the car to a different shop for control - They said NO ISSUES AT ALL!. They lied, tried to overcharge for unneeded repairs. Will ever and never bring any of my cars to Midas at leesburg again. Next time I need to review ppl experience.
One of my feet vans stopped shifting and broke down a few miles from Midas Leesburg. I had our tech zip tie the shift linkage to limp the van to a local shop. I called Midas and James said he could look at it that day. By the end of the day I had a diagnosis and estimate, I gave him the go ahead and it was ready by the end of the next day. Fast service is important when a work vehicle is down. The service was fast and the price was more that fair. Thanks for the great work. Service: Transmission
