Great experience with this shop. The gentleman at the front desk with glasses (didn’t get a name) was very friendly and even took me back to explain what they found with my tire. Price was fair and waiting lounge was comfortable.
Staff is friendly and efficient. My one disappointment is that for state inspection, their website allows you to schedule an appointment, but its not really an appointment as state inspections are done on a first come first serve basis. It seems its a glitch at corporate level and the shop itself has no control.
I would like to thank Mr. Tire especially Josh for helping me with my tire situation and my repairs much needed before my trip. Thanks to him I was able to leave on time and it cost much less than I expected. Would definitely recomend!
