Staff is friendly but I dont believe the technicians are trained properly to do anything beyond oil changes. I bought tires from a different walmart in 2020 but brought my car here for the lifetime balance and rotation. I had to bring it back twice because the first time they only rotated my tires, upon leaving for the second time after the balance it was very obvious nothing had been done. I brought my car to a local mechanic shop and they confirmed my tires hadn't been balanced and also they cross threaded a lug nut. Just save yourself the headache and get tires from an actual tire shop or your trusted mechanic.
