Shonda was absolutely rude to me and my husband. Had body work done 3 years ago on the rear bumper. Said bumper fell off due to broken clips. She said that the bumper had damage from a major accident (had a crack from when it fell off at 50 mph). They then told my husband to never contact them again. Will never use them again. We have been using them for years and this is what we get when we try and get them to fix the work they did. DO NOT USE THEM.
We have been a Rams family for decades! Always personable service and quality work! Thanks for taking care of us and our vehicles.
This auto body shop is the best by far! There were a few weeks, due to the weather, that delayed the completion of my vehicle. When I got my car back, I was amazed and satisfied with their work. I’d definitely recommend their service and re-visit if need be.
