Brought my car in for brake pads and rotors + minor electrical work. Got my car back in a short time with all issues resolved. Staff was courteous and efficient. Service was cost effective (relative to neighboring service centers) I felt my time and vehicle were valued. Worked with Tae primarily, he is very professional and communicative. Will be taking my vehicle to TJA regularly. They have earned my trust. Cannot reccomend highly enough. 10/10 experience. Service: Brakes
So grateful to this place. Came here randomly based on its proximity to the used car dealership from which I was hoping to buy a car. Brought the vehicle here for pre-purchase inspection and got a thorough, honest analysis from the mechanic. It also helped that he happened to own the same type of car I was about to buy, so he could give a lot of useful input from expected wear and tear to best replacement parts. I wish it was a chain because I don't even live in VA, but I want every car on my wishlist to get cleared by him first. Service: Vehicle Inspection
