They are SCAMMERS!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was rear ended by a car and was recommended by my insurance to go there. Upon arrival someone analyzed my car’s damage and gave me an estimate of only $1000. My car was rear ended by a fast moving vehicle and my whole trunk was gone. I couldn’t believe it was $1000 so I took it to another work shop in Springfield and upon their review they declared my car as totaled. How can it be $1000 in one shop and totaled in another shop? Staff is very rude and racist. Avoid at all costs they will just fix the cosmetics of your car from outside but nothing else under the car. Trash shop they only fix Tesla’s
My visit to Falls Church auto body was an amazing experience. Travis and Falls Church team helped me from the very beginning starting with phone calls asking about services to going the extra mile and getting my car serviced sooner. The service provided was excellent, I was given an initial report of the damages on my car, and after a few days, I was given a 2nd report with more interior damages found that would need fixing. They provided a detailed list of all the repairs they were going to make and highlighted the areas in the pictures they sent. After I picked my car up the bumper was looking like it had just come off the show room floor, the guys there did amazing work. If I ever have any other car damages I will 100% go back to them.
Did an amazing job repairing my Tesla! Hit a deer that ruined my bumper, hood, and headlight and it was fixed in only a couple weeks! Looks better than new. Service: Body & Trim
