My one year old Lexus was hit and I wanted to take it to the best place in town...I was recommended to go to Caliber Collison by Kimberly Yow since they deal with the Lexus dealership. The experience I had was far greater than I ever expected. When I dropped off the car, I was greeted by Stella who was extremely welcoming and helped with my rental car. My estimator, John Keryeski, was very friendly and explained every detail to me. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. During this time of Covid-19, I felt safe and not compromised at all. During the time they had my car, Mr. Keryeski was in constant communication with me updating me regarding the status of my car. I was initially told that the repair would take about 4-5 days, but I was called the end of the following day to say the car was ready. Caliber Collision is amazing. The staff are super friendly and they did a fantastic job on our repair. The car came back to us in pristine condition and the rental process is so easy with enterprise being on site. 5 stars!
