Jiffy Lube Multicare

Received such terrific customer service today! Went in for an oil change with my 2 year old and we were out within 15 or so minutes! We could see the mechanics through the window as they worked and they all looked genuinely happy and friendly. Two of them waved at my son and asked him to watch as they proceeded to buff out some scuff marks on my bumper. I hadn't asked them to (and didn't think it possible at a jiffy lube). They just took it upon themselves to go above and beyond as they removed the white marks on my black suv. I was so incredibly pleased with the service and would highly recommend this location to others!

They had a few cars in front of me and told me to hang tight. After that it was fast, courteous and did not try to over sell ANY services. Great crew out there for sure. Service: Oil change

I went to get my oil change and they said my card needed a engine flush I said no because every time I come here they tell me that the car needs a flush somewhere and they also said on of my brake taillight was out and asked if I wanted to get it fixed their I said no but the funny part is that like a week ago I went to pass emission and inspection and everything was good the lights were good and leaving the jiffy lube I ended up with my lights out it doesn’t make any sense honestly
