I've been in the Smithfield/Carrollton area for 28 years and I'm pretty particular with my vehicles because I keep them forever LOL. Ferguson's has been more professional, more accurate with their diagnosis, and more reliable with their workmanship than anywhere I've been. Their prices are also competitive with others (I always check around). I've had engine repair done, A/C system major repairs done and electronic engine controls replaced. Each time James has been meticulous in explaining what's involved and accurate in his estimate of the cost. I've had zero go backs on Ferguson's workmanship. The staff was excellent, fully explaining what had to be done to diagnose the problem, how long it would take, and a preliminary cost.
