Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

They changed all four tires for my car and it started to shake very badly. I took the car back for them to make sure they balance the tires and they told me they rebalanced them for the second time which reduced the vibration but didn’t get rid of it. I gave up on this shop and took my car to another shop and they told me all the wheels were off-balance. I had to pay the other shop for balancing wheels that had been balanced twice before by this shop. Now there is no vibration from the wheels.

Every person I have interacted with in the process of getting my tires replaced were kind and helpful! I felt like I had good, honest service. The gentleman who got my tires replaced also went above and beyond to complete it after hours so I didn’t have to come get it with the storm for tomorrow. Highly recommend this tire store!

I had the best experience I have ever had when taking my car to be checked and serviced. The service manager LT THODOS came in contact with was so genuine and very professional. He listened to what I thought needed to be fixed.He checked the entire car and everything was fixed and well done. (without my asking). I highly recommend MR .TIRE Auto Service Centers.
