I got a fine deal on a used pickup from Sam, the owner, who was personable and went to great lengths to properly prepare the truck and file the necessary paperwork. He sent an employee to Baltimore to pick up new tires for it the day before I bought it. He gave my wife and I a ride to a small restaurant to wait while he did the paperwork and picked us back up when we were ready. Buying a car can be pressure-filled and hellish but my experience with Cars USA was relaxed, hassle-free, and friendly throughout. If I lived locally I would trust them without a doubt to service my vehicle.

I stopped here in a pinch and was able to tour the inventory without any hassle. Owner didn't mind my German Shepherd tagging along with me. Thanks for the assistance!

Newly arrived in the US, Sam sold me a second-hand car for a fair price, was super helpful and really honest. I cannot more recommend to step-by if you want any mechanical advice, buy a car or simply want to not be screwed-up by usual clinic-car franchise. Thank you Sam again.
