Honest, straightforward, trustworthy and does outstanding work on Mercedes Benz, specialists. Servicing Mercedes in general can be pricey, but C&P/Don Pool Mercedes can do it all with Mercedes- including key service intervals and adjusting the notice sensor to reflect service, and always give a fair price, way, way more affordable than dealer service.
I would absolutely recommend C&P Auto Service for your car needs. I recently came into the shop with a question regarding a sound that seemed to be coming from my serpentine belt. Paul was very helpful and patient and took great care of my car. He charged me a very fair and honest price for his service, and I will be happy to come back to the store for any of my car needs.
Very knowledgeable people and honest about what has to be addressed vs what is optional. I love the attention to older cars and the quality of their work. I started taking 10yr old car there after my previous shop closed and they are equally as good.
