Moved to the area last year and went here to get my car safety and emission inspection done. Besides this place being very cramped driving through and the line for inspections always busy, it didn’t take too long. However a year later, it seems they mischarged me and only conducted a safety inspection, not the emissions test even though I asked for both and a receipt was printed for each test/inspection.

Now I went here to get a expectation done everything went great. I decided to go back and get my alignment done here. Now I normally do my own auto work unless it's tires or alignment only because I do not have tools for that but sense I have gotten my alignment done here there has been constant clicking when I park or go into gear or drive at a slow speed. This is why I don't allow people to touch my vehicle whether it's intentionally done or just out of being lazy some wasn't done right and I have to figure out what.

I’ve been bringing my car here for about 8 years. Everyone is always polite and friendly, they do a great job and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. They were super helpful and understanding during my most recent trip and I am very grateful for the excellent customer service.
