I recently needed my Subaru Outback diagnosed for a misfire. I found Flatout on a Google search and scheduled an appointment, and am glad I did. The clutch on my '03 WRX suddenly started slipping around 95,000 miles. I contacted a local auto repair shop to see if they could replace it. They said they would call me after the holiday weekend but never did. I found Flatout online and made an appointment. My car was barely operable when i dropped it off there. Josh procured and installed the upgraded clutch i wanted along with some worn out shifter bushings. The final bill was very close to the original price quote. I have been enjoying the new clutch and improved shifter feel. Very happy with Flatout and Josh. I do most of the work on my car but will definitely go back for any jobs i don't want to attempt.
