Les Schwab Tire Center

I don’t normally leave reviews, but today was a joke. I had a nail in a work truck tire and brought it in to get fixed. I was told that it would be 1-1.5 hours until they could have it fixed. After waiting there for 2 hours, I asked what the status was. I was told it would be another hour. I ended up getting my keys back and went somewhere else. Today, they over promised and under delivered.

My 16 year old son took his 2023 Kia K5 in to this location today. His car has 350 miles on the odometer. He had a roofing nail in the tread of his tire. I told him to pull the nail out and when he did, the tire started leaking air. I’m trying to teach my son some life skills and common sense, so I told him to hurry and drive down to Les Schwab on south jordan as it’s only 2 miles from our house. I told him that Les Schwab does free tire repair and that if they tried to charge him, that he should call me. Well he ended up calling me about 30 minutes later, The employee told him that the mail was in the side wall and that he needed a new tire. IT GETS BETTER!!!! He told him that since they don’t have that exact tire in stock, they recommend getting all 4 new tires so they match. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A 16 year old kid is completely asinine. I will make to tell everyone i know about this incident…..

Amazing customer service. A nail got stuck in my tire at 5:45 pm, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I called Les Schwab, and Robbie was there within minutes. He put on a spare tire, and they patched up my tire in under 10 minutes. I paid for the service call, but they didn’t even charge me for the tire repair. Highly recommend!
