Starting a long road trip and we ended up having some scary sounds with our brakes. Called at the end of the day and they were there the next morning and I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to fix our issue and the cost was very reasonable as well. Gosh, where do I even begin. After calling around to so many shops having grumpy or rude phone experiences just to be told "4-5 weeks out" Or "we don't work on those" I called Maven mechanics and a gentleman answered the phone with a good attitude and professionalism. He was able to get a guy out the NEXT day. The mechanic who showed up was a man named Chris who was amazing. Chill and friendly guy and got the job done in my own driveway in a matter of 2 hours or so. Very nice and professional and will use him for any jobs going forward! To top it all off I was expecting some sort of "convenience fee" for the remote work but NO it ended up being less than what my normal mechanic would've charged me AND i didn't have to pay for a tow truck. I am completely sold on these guys and recommend them to anyone!
