My skid plate came loose on a Friday evening drive home. Not realizing what was wrong, I got off the freeway and stopped at another car repair shop to see what was going on. No one there was willing to help me and continually told me they were closing in five minutes. There was one employee who took a few minutes to look under my car and explain what was wrong. He was willing to temporarily reattach it so I could get home but the rest of the team told him he was not going to help me. The next morning, I googled open car repair shops and Brody’s was first on the list. I called to ask if they could look at my car. They very kindly said I could bring it in at any point that day until closing time. When I arrived, they confirmed I needed the skid plate replaced, called to get the part and scheduled me to come back on Monday afternoon to do the work. And I wasn’t charged for the visit.
