My car was returned worse than it was after handover. The work they did inspecting my timing belt bore a hole into my power steering tube. Power steering was completely gone upon pickup. I took it to a different mechanic who confirmed the neglectful work and appraised me fairly. They will upsell and damage your car to charge you more. Service: Transmission

I'm a small business owner in Sandy, so I really want to be able to support other small businesses in the area. But unfortunately Alta View Car Care can't be one of them. I called in advance, and let Alta View know I've got two tires on my vehicle with punctures. I've personally plugged the punctures with rope repair plugs. I wanted the reassurance of tire technician to remove the tire and patch from the inside, more than happy to pay for this service. Alta View couldn't do it same day, no worries, I completely understand, so I schedule the service for Monday. I drop the vehicle off on Monday, make sure the service advisor knows two rear tires have plugs in them, even describe the piece of metal removed from the second of the two tires. Dropped off at 9am, called at 3pm to check. Not looked at yet (no worries, I get it). I was assured they would call back later in the day. I did not receive a call back that day.
