Sam, the manager of the shop, and his team are the absolute best. I bought some tires elsewhere, and they were unable to install them on my SUV. I came in to Pep Boys, and they treated me so good. They got me right in, showed me an issue that was going with my rim, and told me what I needed to do too fix it. I fully trust Sam, and if I have any other issues, he will be the first person I call.
The shop is one of the best shops out the outstanding customer service received from Miguel and everyone there. The help he provides to get you in and out fast. They always come up with the best solutions and help out in any way possible.
If you need service, Miguel at Pep Boys is the man to see! ???? He knows stuff and he gets it done on time. He was a great communicator and kept us informed of everything each step of the way. ☎️.
