My car broke down on a Saturday, I searched online to find a place with good reviews. I used J & G's text assistant and towed my car there Monday morning. It was bad timing because my husband's car was also in the shop for repairs, so all of our transactions were over the phone or texts. I appreciate them fitting me in and getting my car on the road again. My only complaint is that when the repairs were delayed due to supply chain issues, I wasn't notified until I called to see when I could pick up my car the following Friday. We were leaving on vacation that day so it really threw a wrench into our plans when I was told the car wasn't ready. With better communication this would have been a 5 star review. I will use J&G again when needed and completely recommend them to everyone.
Where do I start !! My trans blew less then a week from a family vacation we had planned to go on with our 5th wheel and every place I called told me they were 3-6 weeks out. A good friend told me to call J&G and that both he and his brother had used them and was very happy with them. I called and not only did they get me in and fixed in time for our trip but there prices blew the other quotes out of the water and I was able to seriously upgrade my trans for less then what the other quotes were.There customer service has been on point throughout the whole process even after the sale. I would highly recommend them and will be sending all my business there way for sure. Service: Transmission
We were on vacation, 600 miles from home when our transmission gave out on us. I went in to J&G Transmissions first thing on Monday morning and explained our situation. The Service Writer I talked to said that they'd do their best to get us on the road by the end of the week. The shop was busy too. I got a call on Wednesday morning letting me know that our Silverado was all fixed and ready to go! The new transmission shifts great, there were no surprises in our bill, and I'm happy with their service and professionalism. I highly recommend J&G. Service: Transmission
