Will has always been super fair and knowledgeable. He's easy to work with and I always feel like he tries to be upfront and honest, both with work needed and pricing. For small jobs (oil changes, inspections, battery replacement, etc) he charges so much less for labor than I found at other places, but he can also handle bigger jobs too.

He seems honest, friendly and fair. He fixed a couple of things. But the repairs always came with a hidden cost. The bill never matched the quote, Something was always forgotten, lost or not tightened. He accepted my vehicle, then let it sit for weeks while he vacationed and worked in other shops. His prices used to be fair. Although "I" always paid him in full on time. he said he had to charge everybody more because many people wouldn't pay him. the whole place is nasty and greasy. including the bathroom. -Ford Truck- Lug nuts fell off while driving. $1,000 for steering work that Big O had to redo less than a year later for same price. -Mitsubishi- Lost wheel cover. Didn't replace or compensate. Missing air filter box hold down bolts. -Taurus- Engine swap $500. it drove away with misfires that He couldn't figure out. Carbmaster redid vacuum hoses weren't in right places. A/C system hasn't worked since. -camry- Engine swap. $2000 expenses. 2 days became 3 weeks. Wont supply paperwork

I cannot thank William and Adam enough for their help earlier today. The backseat of my 2009 Ford Escape was stuck closed due to the seatbelt locking and after trying everything I had given up and was ready to either cut the belt or spend a ton of money at the dealer to have it fixed. William offered to take a look at it and said it was an easy fix. Sure enough, he had my car back together in less than 15 minutes. I will absolutely be back for all of my car needs.
