I've been taking my car to Scott for years now. He comes and picks up my car, fixes it up, and brings it back to me. This gives the team a chance to drive it and hear/see the issues the car has. They have always been fairly priced and they have easy payment options. I will always use Rapid for all of my repairs on My 2021 Ford Bronco sport. I recently had an issue with my rear brakes squealing when in reverse. Took it to the dealership 4 times and they told me nothing was wrong. They said they "cleaned off the brakes due to brake dust" and called it good. Did not fix the problem, I called Rapid and explained the situation and their experienced techs Knew exactly what the problem was.
