Roger's Car Care

Roger is fair on his prices and timely on his work. Most recently I had my brakes repaired at his shop, I got a couple of other quotes and roger had the best price, He knows his stuff too.

He’s a hard worker, but only works by himself. Meaning, if he makes a mistake there’s no one to hold him accountable. I took my car into him 5 times because no one except him checks his own work. If you go to him get ready to have your car towed back to him more than once.

Roger is a decent dude who gave his best effort to fix my car. I brought in my izuzu rodeo 96 to resolve a piston misfire issue and he did in fact, fix that piston's misfire. The only problem was that the next piston down started misfiring instead. I thought about bringing it back in, but I figured If two pistons had now had the issue, it would only be a matter of time before the rest experienced it. so I'd probably have to get all the pistons repaired, and after doing the math on just the parts cost alone, I decided it wasn't worth the money and just got rid of the vehicle. So while I can't pretend that I'm not disappointed in the outcome, I did want to acknowledge that Roger knew his stuff, and got the repair done in a timely manner, and was relatively friendly through the whole ordeal. good mechanic, I am relatively likely to return should the need arise.
