Cam helped us out in a pinch on a set of four new tires. Great customer service!! Long time customer of 20+ years. First interaction after a hiatus (had moved away) was the set of tires and they did wonderful. Everything went downhill after that over the next few interactions/repairs on our Mitsubishi Eclipse. AVOID working with Donny if at all possible!! They looked for every opportunity to OVERCHARGE, NOT DISCLOSE costs/diagnosis BEFORE performing/attempting work. My own experience/interaction and unfortunately WILL NOT use them again for any work/service.
Since moving to Utah in Aug 2003 and making this great state my home, I have had the hardest time finding a place to trust to take my vehicles to for regular servicing. My vehicles are my pride and joy, and from time to time, they need a little extra loving care and attention. I feel selecting the right mechanic goes a long way toward ensuring that my vehicles remain in tip-top condition. There are far too many untrustworthy mechanics out there (trust me, I know, I have spent thousands on them) who will do a shoddy job, overcharge you for their services, and even perform some unnecessary ones. After nineteen years of looking, I have finally found a mechanic shop that I trust 100 percent! I found a mechanic shop that is family owned and run and is currently fourth generation locally owned. The original owner started his mechanic career at the conclusion of WWI and the business has been passed down ever since. They are the oldest continually running Goodyear tire and automotive service c
I was copletely ignore for about 20 minutes. Not a single " please wait" or "welcome be with you in a moment". Not even a look in my direction. Just sat there on the phone not speaking a single word and staring at the wall. I hate being ignored. Happens to me a lot at auto service places so I took my business elsewhere
