Took longer than said. Car was in wreck. Had insurance. They charged insurance for alignment. Alignment wasn't done. I took it back and they tried charging me for the alignment that they never did in the first place and already charged the insurance for. Didn't reprogram my windows. Tried to charge me for a new tire when the tire wasn't ruined. The so called new tire looked like the old tire to me. Had my keys thrown at me because they were upset I was demanding not being charged a second time for the alignment that wasn't done the first time. I had to take my car back 3 times after it was supposably fixed and returned to me. They never kept me up to date or called when the car was done. I had to keep calling and finding things out. The original quote was about 3500 and they ended up charging insurance almost 7 grand. Things supposably got fixed that I didn't think we're needed because there was no damage. The car was in a 5 mph wreck. They use to be awesome and honest. Have used them

These guys always do great work for fair prices. Because they are so busy I’ve had to call them to find out when my car was done.

Hatch is the best. I will admit, sometimes they are on the unorganized side of things, but they have saved me so much money over time. I do not have the best driving history and occasionally I hit things. They are super affordable when it comes to getting my car fixed. I recently had a teenage driver hit me and they were able to get my bumper fixed within the week. Super happy with them and their service.
