Dez is the best service advisor for your tire and rim needs. I drive out of my way, passing another Ford dealer/Quick Lane to go to Ed Kenley.
The waiting room is comfortable, the prices are fair, and the staff are respectful. After visiting other places, this is my go-to shop for oil changes, tires, or check engine diagnostics. I don’t trust anyone else to take care of what I need or to be honest about what really needs to be done to my car.
The service at Quick Lane has really improved. Right away during this visit I could see the difference and quality in customer service. We had a tire emergency shortly before our trip, and Des was very on the ball and quick to help us. We really appreciate the professional courtesy and good care we were shown. They managed to fit us in during a very busy day, and we will certainly be back in the future. I would definitely recommend Quick Lane. Services: Tires, Oil change
