Ford Service Center - Ed Kenley Ford

It took three weeks to get my explorer done. Start one task order parts and wait. Finish that issue and start next, order parts, wait a week. Start the next issue, order parts, wait a week. Mechanic breaks the windshield the day it is supposed to be done. Wait another day, call in the afternoon as I have received no news. Nobody showed up to do the work. Told it will be done before close. Called @5:30 to see if they are done. Told yes, come get it. Nice new windshield I didn't even need when I came in, but no wipers and cowling put back together. Closing time, you guessed it, be done tomorrow. Finally offered a vehicle as I already told them I was supposed to leave town wed morning, and it's now Wed evening. Came back after going to Salt Lake to get my wife. The car we were offered smelled so bad that my wife wouldn't sit in it longer than 10 seconds. I thought she was joking and then smelled it on her when she got back in the truck. We went home to wait for a call. Finally called agai
